Calaveras Station Literary Journal
Client: CSUS English Department
Specs: 6x9in, perfect bound, one color (black).
Objective: To design the annual literature anthology of students’ and professors’ works. This design was chosen in a competitive bid against other students.
Solution: This concept was designed to capture the elegance and ethereal essence of literary work. To achieve this, elements of classic materials involved, such as paper and ink, were incorporated into the design. An aged look was used to give a sense of timelessness or longevity to the work inside.
